Every employee in the office has a height-adjustable desk that allows them to work standing up. Working in a standing position reduces the risk of back pain and improves blood circulation in the body. In addition, a height-adjustable desk allows you to adjust your view of the computer screen, resulting in less eye strain. Changing from a sitting to a standing position also helps improve concentration.

By cooperating with our surrounding gyms, we provide our employees with cheaper access to fitness and health. They can go to the gym before or after work without having to travel far.

The mental health of our employees is also important to us. It is important that they feel valued. Flexible working hours allow employees to better balance their work and personal lives, leading to a higher quality of life. By adapting their working hours to their needs, they can avoid stress and burnout, which leads to higher motivation and productivity.

We have also designed our administration building to create the most work-friendly climate possible - among other things, by choosing the right building equipment that ensures healthy lighting, a pleasant room temperature and good air quality. The hybrid working concept in the building allows a free choice of space between a classic individual office and an open office area.

In addition, the building's furnishings can be controlled digitally - making it possible for everyone to customise the space around their workstation so that they feel comfortable wherever they are in the building. The work café promotes networking among our employees. Whether it's having lunch together or getting coffee - you usually run into someone here.

A healthy lifestyle includes above all the motivation to stick to it. That's why we have a bonus for "particularly healthy" employees as part of our company health management. This works with a point system in which the number of points increases if one proves one's own health care or decreases if one lives in a way that is detrimental to health, for example by smoking. Depending on the number of points, our employees can expect a bonus of up to €800 per year.
